At the moment we are looking for:

Business Manager

Gdańsk

Tasks

You will be working within the sales organization of Sii the leading company focused on delivery of innovative IT services for major international accounts, including Banking, Financial Services and Automotive Industry.
The key responsibilities of a Business Manager involve:
Sales of software development, maintenance, test and system integration services
Account Management
Business Development on foreign markets
Market analysis, target identification and engagement
Lead generation, offer preparation, contract negotiations, closure and follow-up

Required profile

Fluent English (another language fluency will be a plus)
Demonstrated experience in international sales of software services
Offer preparation, negotiations and persuasion skills
Inarguable determination, perseverance, ambition and team spirit
Ability to define and execute business development strategies
