Personal Assistant (GBS Leadership Team members)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant with energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to join Global Business Services company from airlines industry.

The Personal Assistant (PA) will be expected to undertake the following tasks: agenda and calendar management, meetings organization and logistics support, taking minutes from Management Team meetings, other meetings and notes distribution to relevant team members and preparing Power Point presentations for the management upon request. The successful applicant will be also responsible or internal/external correspondence (letter and e-mail writing), calendar management including scheduling and meeting assistance (arranging meetings, conference calls, preparing meeting minutes), assisting/preparing internal communication, using/updating Sharepoint and other collaboration tools, business travel administration support and miscellaneous support upon the GBS Leadership Team request.

This role requires someone who has a least 2 years of experience in Personal Assistant or Secretarial role fluency in English both written and spoken and strong MS Office skills (high level command of Power Point; Excel, Word, Outlook). As Successful Candidate on this position you must have University degree. We are looking for Candidate who is highly organized and has a keen attention to detail, outstanding time-management skills, stress-resistance and pro-active attitude. Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.
