What responsibilities will you have? reaching out to existing customers via phone, chat and email to engage them and encourage product usage and retention educating our customers on email marketing best practices ensuring customer success by using GetResponse maintaining high customer satisfaction and engagement in a proactive manner troubleshooting issues which customers may face in the onboarding process coordinating solutions with other Deprtments (IT, Product Dev.) strengthening customer relationships by improving the quality of customer experience.
