For a prestigious IT project we are looking for:Reporting Analyst location: Wrocław
Duties:
The candidate will be responsible for:
Close cooperation based on communication between IT Programm Managers and Project Managers as part of the largest IT portfolio.
Generation of reports on the portfolio, particularly financial reports, status reports as well as reporting on any problems that have arisen and progress that has been made in the preparation of the reports.
Preparation of new reports as well as modification of the existing ones in order to improve their efficiency.
Coordination and management of IT Portfolio Reporting.
Preperation of analyses
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency with MS Access, SQL required to support extensive data analytics, project metrics and reporting needs, based on multiple large volume DataMarts
Knowledge of non-macro VBA development required
Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint required
Knowledge of portfolio management and project management, administration & reporting tools & systems - (Clarity, MS Project - nice to have)
Ability to understand new technology and process techniques quickly
Creative thinking, logic and problem solving abilities.
A distinguished background of academic and professional achievement
Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
Effective presentation skills with ability to produce a compelling story in PowerPoint
Competency working with globally distributed team
Confident and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach
Banking or Financial Sector Industry experience a plus
Project Management certification is a plus (PMI, PRINCE, etc)
