Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

Person handling this position will be responsible for managing of recruitment process in complex way, especially in regards to recruitment strategy and planning which are needed for further development of the business and delivery of services.

Main responsibilities

Recruitment Manager will also oversee recruitment the budget and manage the team of Recruitment Specialists and Administrators. By working closely with the business" managers and cooperating with other HR Teams (with strong emphasis on Employer Branding and HRBP), Recruitment Manager will be expected to proactively look for opportunities and to rise effectiveness of the work of Recruitment Team.

Job Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in managing massive recruitment process in a corporate IT environment as a must
- Strong knowledge about specific of IT labor market
- Strong expertise of HR methodology and recruitment solutions, with the emphasis on Resource/Workforce Management
- Strong expertise about Polish Labor Law regulations
- Ability to define and execute KPIs
- Professional approach and good understanding of the business
- High communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Fluent English (French or German language will be a plus)
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
