Compliance Officer

Your World Recruitment Ltd (Poland) are seeking a Compliance Officer to work within our busy Healthcare Division in Krakow.





Reporting into our Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing candidate documentation, keeping up to date records of candidates compliance history, audit assistance and on-going requirements. You will be working closely with a busy compliance team, contributing to the success of the business through:


Identity checks


Right to Work


Professional registration and qualifications

Employment history and assisting with referencing

Criminal Record and Barring checks


Work Health Assessments


Mandatory Training


Registration documents




We are seeking a team member with strong attention to detail, strong Excel, Word and Data-base skills, excellent organisational skills, strong administration skills and the ability to listen and develop, who are confident dealing with people at all levels.




To be successful in this role you will have:


Previous recruitment and compliance experience in a similar environment desirable

Attention to detail

Strong IT skills


Excellent customer service skills

Highly competent in Microsoft Office, including word and excel

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work in a team and manage own work load

Strong administration skills

Excellent English is a must

Native speakers with right to work in Poland welcome
