Accountant in Procurement Team (German Speaker)

Requirements:
Very Good command of German (B2/C1)
Good command of English (B1)
Min. 1 year of professional experience in accounting or procurement
Any experience with SAP Systems appreciated
Good knowledge of Excel
Independent and systematic approach to work
Customer orientation
Analytical and numeric skills, attention to details
Flexibility and adaptability
Team player
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:
Support departments with their purchasing requisitions
Operate the procurement process within the IT-Tools- completion of shopping basket or their illustration in catalogue, purchase orders or carrying out of in web mailbox system
Validate invoices and record goods receipts
Introduction of approval process
Continuation of approval process
Makes sure that in her/his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained
